Customer Policies

1. If we see animal abuse, we are required to report it.
2. Please have all dogs on a leash when entering and exiting.
3. If your dog uses a special shampoo or conditioner, you must bring it in.
4. All dogs with biting problems must enter with a muzzle.
5. If your dog has any injuries from the neck and down we cannot groom them.
6. Any dog that is taking a medication recommended from their doctor must be given before coming.
7. We are not required to give any dog health medication if injured, sick, etc.
8. If your dog is being dog sat you are required to bring their own food and bowls.
9. We do not keep dogs in crates more than 30 minutes unless necessary.
